My wife and I love EatandEvolve! Often times we order their freshly prepared meals that we can heat up at our convienence. It’s a life saver for us considering our busy schedules. The taste is really good too! I highly recommend this restaurant and the pre prepped meals too. The Fajitas are by far my favorite dish on the menu!

I ordered Eat & Evolve upon the recommendation of one of my co-workers in an attempt to eat consistently healthy and aid w portion control. I ordered one month initially (breakfast/lunch/dinner =21 meals per week) and just placed an order for my second month. Not only do I feel great, but I lost 14 lbs in the first month. The food is delicious and satisfying. The owner is courteous, prompt and very accommodating. I've found an added bonus is that I rarely need to grocery shop anymore and don't stop to pick up fast food bc I know I've got meals at home waiting. Although it may seem pricey initially, I've actually saved money. The containers are also so easy to bring to work. I highly recommend E&E.

We have enjoyed Eat and Evolve meals for over a year. Gourmet meals that are very reasonable. As easy but much healthier and much better than fast food. They are also very accommodating and flexible. We highly recommend trying.
